Our sturgeons are bred on the clean and undisturbed shores of the southern Caspian Sea, one of the world’s most ancient and premier caviar producing regions.
Production adheres to HACCP standards and complies with European Commission (EC) health regulations.
Not one of our sturgeons is processed without going through a rigorous quality test.
To keep the flavors and aromas of our caviar true, each tin is perfectly air tight.
Our products are packed in suitable food-grade containers. And are presented in 30, 50 and 100 gram tins (Desjardin) for retail market. Containers are sealed under vacuum to keep them safe.

Grading for caviar comprised of 8 components - uniformity, size, color, maturity, separation, fragrance, lucidity and firmness.

Packaging, Storage, and Transportation.
Caviar is very fragile and requires very careful handling. Both very high and very low temperature affect the nature flavor and texture stability of Caviar. Therefore, storage and packaging are of special importance.
We take the greatest care over the transportation of your products. We use specially developed packaging to ensure you a high quality tasting.
Our products will be delivered to you in isothermal packaging containing frozen cooling elements. In that way, we guarantee an unbroken cold chain to the delivery address.
